1. Operator Identity and Age Restrictions

The platform is intended for users aged 18 and older.

2. Information We Collect

As per our store declarations, we collect:

  • Personal Data: Name, Email, Phone, Address (for logistics coordination).
  • Photos and Files: Images of cargo and documents (insurance, licenses) uploaded for verification and functionality.
  • Messages: In-app chat history (moderated for fraud prevention).
  • Technical Data: IP address, crash logs, diagnostics, and Advertising IDs (GAID/IDFA).

3. Advertising IDs and Marketing

We use Google Advertising ID and Apple IDFA for ad attribution. With your consent, we use Advanced Matching and share hashed (SHA-256) contact data (Email and Phone) with third-party partners (such as Google) to perform services on our behalf (e.g., measuring marketing effectiveness, personalized advertising, audience analysis, and creating customer lists based on conversions like Customer Match). We confirm that data collection and transfer to Google are carried out in strict compliance with Google's Customer Match policies and user consent policies (including the EU User Consent Policy). We obtain explicit prior user consent for such data sharing and transfer. You can at any time withdraw consent, disable ad personalization, or reset your advertising identifier in your Google account settings and your mobile device's system settings (iOS/Android).

4. Data Sharing

  • Carriers: Your contact details are shared with the chosen carrier ONLY after an offer is accepted to complete the delivery.
  • Infrastructure: We use Supabase (Database) and Firebase (Notifications), where technical IDs are processed to ensure app functionality.

5. Retention and Deletion

  • Tax and transaction records are kept for 7 years.
  • You have the right to data deletion. Requests are processed within 30 days.

6. Legal Compliance (Amendment 13 & GDPR)

You are not legally required to provide information, but it is necessary to use the Platform services. The platform fully complies with Amendment 13 of the Israel Privacy Protection Act and GDPR standards.

  • Cross-Border Transfer: Your personal data is stored on servers in the European Union (Germany). By accepting this policy, you consent to the cross-border transfer of your data (in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations 5761-2001).
  • Right to Inspect: In accordance with Section 13 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981, you have the right to inspect your information in our database and request its correction or deletion by contacting privacy@delive.co.il.
